Meet Aimee
Aimee (she/her) is a counsellor, yoga educator and therapeutic breathwork facilitator, currently completing her MA in Psychotherapy. Her work supports people moving through periods of change, loss and becoming.
Her approach has been shaped by a longstanding relationship with yoga and the body, alongside her training in psychotherapy and somatic practice.
Aimee’s path into this work has also been shaped by her own experiences of grief, loss and the transitions that can quietly rearrange a life. These experiences deepened her understanding that we cannot always think our way through what is changing — sometimes we need space to slow down, reconnect with the body, and listen more closely.
Through conversation, therapeutic breathwork and embodied practice, Aimee offers a warm, grounded and non-judgemental space to explore what is asking for attention.
Her approach is slow, intentional and collaborative — not about being given the answers, but creating enough space to hear what may already be there.
