1:1 Breathwork

Begin with a complimentary 15-minute call — a soft arrival into the space where we sense what’s asking to be met and whether this work feels aligned.

Through conscious, connected breathing, the body is invited to unwind what has been held — tension, emotion, memory — making room for clarity, ease, and deeper self-connection.

Each session is grounded with somatic resourcing and therapeutic integration, so what rises has somewhere to land.

To honour the depth of this work and allow the body to integrate fully, a minimum commitment of four sessions is required.

Breathwork sessions are in-person only — Sundays at Studio DF (Brookvale).

I’m currently on maternity leave.

"Aimee is a rare jewel in the wellness space. Completely open, authentic and in her integrity. She walks her talk, and this makes her an extremely safe and compassionate facilitator, able to hold you through whatever you may be struggling with. As someone who has struggled with cptsd, feeling safe and trusting others can be a challenge, but aimee implicitly understands the value of trust and safety for healing. I have worked with her through the most difficult and overwhelming period of my life, and she lovingly created the space I needed to release and process suppressed emotions and heal from lifelong wounds. I am forever grateful for her and her amazing gift"

“I can’t thank Aimee enough for her wonderful work. During the course of 4 weeks I feel that I went through a journey with my body and my emotions, which I had no idea my body was storing. I finished the course feeling more connected with myself, alive, and powerful. Connecting with a group of women was empowering, Thank you Aimee for holding the space so beautifully, for making us feel safe to connect and release what our body wants us to process, and for making us feel safe to share this journey together. I am beyond grateful”

"I am beyond grateful"

"Aimee is the most amazing facilitators one can wish for! I accidentally discovered her workshops - despite being a bit skeptical beforehand, I was absolutely blown away by how great they were both in terms of results and Aimee’s teaching style and personality. She was incredibly kind, open, listening and empathetic, she adapted her classes depending on the level of the group - but you could always get the best personal output - and was really invested in the wellbeing of participants. I started breathwork with Aimee during quite a tough chapter of my life, and working with her was an incredibly important trigger towards my healing, understanding myself better and learning self-value. Thank you once again Aimee and can’t wait to work more with you!”

"I feel blessed to have found Aimee"

“The first thing that grabs you is Aimee’s wonderful calming voice, quickly followed by the deep meaning of her words and sentences. It’s been a mere couple of months but the impact on me has been quite significant and incredible! I feel so much more aware of my state of mind and am able to discern my emotions and identify what I need in my day to day to cope with life’s demands. Simply put, she’s taught me about myself and how to use my breath as a tool for life to release what’s not needed. I feel blessed to have found Aimee and am so grateful that she is willing to share her incredible gift - thank you Aimee"

Paula

"Who knew ‘just’ breathing could be so transformational?!"

“Who knew ‘just’ breathing could be so transformational?! Aimee is incredible and I highly recommend group work or a private session (or 5). The sessions are so intentional and go deeeep. During the sessions a safe space is created to breathe into those parts that are messy, difficult and disconnected. After each session I’ve noticed a stronger connection within my mind, body and spirit. And I am discovering a quiet power that resides within. Don’t be fearful or skeptical. Just try this and you will understand."
